We set the standard for excellence through education, career development, and the Professional Houston Paralegal (PHP) designation, helping members achieve their full potential. While not a regulatory board, HMPA stays at the forefront of key issues in regulation, certification, and licensure, ensuring our members are prepared for the challenges and opportunities shaping the profession today and tomorrow.

CLE Meetings and WorkshopsHMPA General Membership and CLE meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, bringing our community together for education and connection. Each meeting features guest speakers who share timely insights, practical resources, and perspectives from across the legal profession. Members stay informed through our monthly newsletter, which includes meeting details and reservation information.
